What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (over the telephone if you wish). Alternatively we can arrange a standing order from your bank.
Are there any items I cannot store?
You cannot store any perishable, inflammable or illegal items. Lawnmowers, motorcycles etc must be drained of fuel and oil prior to storing.
Can you receive items on my behalf?
Yes, we can accept deliveries for you in your absence.
Do you have forklift facilities?
Yes, we have forklift and trained operatives to unload pallets etc. Mostly we make no charge for this service.
Do you supply cartons and packing materials?
Yes, we have a wide range of boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper etc for sale from our Reception or our on line store.
Do you provide car-parking facilities?
Yes our Self Storage Centre has free parking spaces for your car.
What is the minimum or maximum storage period?
You can rent a storage unit for as short or as long period as you require, however we do have a minimum charge period of four weeks.
What are your opening hours?
Our Wolverhampton branch is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday inclusive, 9am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Sunday access is by extended hour access only. We do can arrange 24hour 7-day access storage units - please ask for details.
Do you charge when I access my storage unit?
No, you can come and go as often as you please free of charge.
What is the best way to pack my storage room?
Place heavier and larger items on the floor and stack lighter boxes etc on top of these. Remember to put items you may need close to the door for easier access. download our ‘hints and tips'.
How do I work out how much space I need?
Simply use our storage calculator or call us on 01902 494565 and we'll be happy to advise you.
Do you provide Insurance cover?
We can extend our insurance policy to cover your items at the rate of £2.00 per thousand pounds of cover required per month. Alternatively you may arrange your own cover, however we will require confirmation of this.
Are there any hidden extras to pay for?
No, all you pay for is the monthly storage room rental and insurance. No additional charges are made for heating, lighting, local authority rates etc.
How do I get my items to your storage centre?
We can supply a removal van and porters to collect your goods - please ask for a free quotation. Alternatively we offer a self-drive van hire service should you wish to move the items yourself. You may of course use you own transport.
How much notice do I need to give you?
None, you may call today and store today if you wish. There is A £25 holding fee to reserve a storage room which is allocated to your first invoice upon occupancy.

Is it possible to view the storage rooms before I rent?
Yes, it is always advisable to view any facility for your own peace of mind, so please call in and take a free no obligation tour.
Who provides the lock and who holds the key?
We sell locks at our facility or you may provide your own. A small shed type padlock is ideal. You are the only keyholder. Alternatively we can hold the key for you.
Will by possessions be safe?
Our Self-Storage centres are protected by the latest state-of-the-art 24 hour CCTV and police monitored security systems - for your total peace of mind. Only you or your authorised representative can access your self-storage unit.
